Activity Leader Course Sea

About the course

The activity leader course is for those who want to take the step from paddling themselves to leading others. You learn to plan and carry out trips, assess weather and conditions, manage groups and make good decisions at sea. The course follows the Norwegian Paddling Federation's program and gives you formal competence as an activity leader. Passing the Activity Leader Course Sea gives you the ability to create paddling joy for others, lead trips and hold courses — both intro and basic sea kayak courses. The course runs over two days on Gurskøya in Sunnmøre, and the exact location is adapted to the weather conditions. Kayak and paddling equipment are available for hire.
